Assessment
60 minutes by video. Clinical interview. Rating scales, referral and history already in front of you

30 minutes by video, once the report and any checks are in. Diagnosis, options, treatment, monitoring plan
Continuing care
50 minutes by video. Patients with an existing diagnosis on a psychiatrist or paediatrician letter

What psychiatrists ask

Will I be pressured to diagnose?

No. You are paid the same whether the answer is yes or no. The site tells patients booking does not guarantee a diagnosis or any particular treatment, and the fee does not depend on the outcome

Is this a shortcut service?

No. Two video appointments, 90 minutes per patient. QScript every consult. No repeat without review. A report and a plan to the GP

What if a session is not full?

Once confirmed, you are paid for it. $2,730, regardless

Interstate patients?

Queensland at launch, under the Queensland framework. Other states as their rules allow

What is deducted?

Nothing. No service fee, no software fee, no admin fee

70% of the fee. $606.67 per assessment, $303.33 per treatment plan, $606.67 an hour
Guarantee
Every confirmed session paid in full, regardless of attendance or cancellations. No-shows paid
Roster
Windows nominated a fortnight ahead. A session is confirmed once patients are booked into it
Release
14 days' notice. Inside 14 days a confirmed session stands and is paid
Timing
Friday, weekly, for the week just worked
Hours
Yours to set. Minimum one 4.5-hour session a fortnight; one a week is a normal start. Evenings and weekends available, never required
Contract
Own ABN. Non-exclusive. No lock-in. Two weeks' notice either way

First roster: three psychiatrists.

Onboarding is one psychiatrist at a time, with the practice manager. After three, applications go to the next intake.
